Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Orders may be fulfilled by different parties based on the products purchased. The fulfilment party for each order will be noted in your order confirmation email.
Cotswold Drum Company Fulfillment
- Orders shipped directly from Cotswold Drum Company will be processed and dispatched from our UK facility.
- Returns and exchanges must be requested via Cotswold Drum Company.
BR Distribution Fulfillment
- Certain products are fulfilled by BR Distribution and shipped directly from their warehouse.
- Shipping and return policies for BR Distribution-fulfilled products are managed through BR Distribution, with support facilitated by Cotswold Drum Company.
Third-Party Fulfillment Disclaimer
For products fulfilled by third-party partners, Cotswold Drum Company serves as a point of contact but does not have direct control over shipping timelines, delivery conditions, or return processes. Any issues related to shipping, lost parcels, or returns for third-party fulfilled products will be managed in accordance with the respective fulfillment partner’s policies. We will assist in facilitating resolutions where possible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and order weight. Promotional free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly stated on the website.

- BR Distribution Orders: Managed through BR Distribution, with coordination from Cotswold Drum Company.
- Third-Party Fulfillment Orders: Returns must be processed according to the fulfillment partner’s policies. We will assist in directing you to the appropriate contact.
